To be honest, handbags had not been on my mind so much the last several months. That's due mostly to becoming pregnant in December. Preparing for a first child has a way of taking over one's life I'm finding.
But I believe many things happen at exactly the perfect moment including meeting the love of my life at age 41. So, just when spending a blissful day at the sewing machine seems like a semi distant memory, I get an email. The message comes with an invitation to join a coop of women artisans who run a shop and gallery in Santa Monica. Poof. Just like that Emily Tibor has a new home, and a community of talented artists to share space with. Ten Women Gallery has been around for more that two decades and I am so excited to be a part of it and to be finding new inspiration.
